Amalienborg Castle’s Royal Guard
Every day you can watch the changing of the guards as they march from their barracks by Rosenborg Castle through the streets of Copenhagen to Amalienborg, often accompanied by music. The changing of the guard takes place at noon. The expression on this guard’s face suggests the team may be running a little late today…

Gamla Stan, Stockholm
Gamla Stan (Old Town) is Stockholm's original city centre and consists of Stadsholmen island and the islets of Riddarholmen, Helgeandsholmen and Strömsborg. Here on the waterfront is a historically beautiful Tall Ship.
Geiranger Skywalk
Europe’s highest fjord view from the spectacular platform, Geiranger Skywalk, where you are 1500 m above sea level.
A very winding toll road, Nibbevegen, just visible in the righthand edge of the frame, is the only way down. From the top of fjord, you are enthralled by the snow-covered mountains, the pure air, and even the full-size cruise ships who could arrive there only because of the incredible depth of the water—all of it in one breath-taking scene.

The four corner posts are connected to one another by ground sills, resting on a stone foundation. The exterior timber surfaces are darkened by protective layers of tar, distilled from pine.
Generation to Generation
Our human family captured by Gustav Viegland's Life's Work and exhibited in Frogner Park as part of the The Vigeland Installation of Oslo, Norway. The statue has been understood as a concept of rebirth as well as human yearning for enlightenment and quest for it.
